Finding Leadership in Every Youth

Youth Speakers Lab started with a simple, powerful truth: when young people find their voice, they find their power. For founder Mehran Sorourian—an immigrant who once struggled to speak English in a new country—that truth was personal. After becoming an award-winning public speaker and TEDx coach, she began helping students who reminded her of her younger self: quiet, unsure, but full of potential.

What began as a few workshops turned into something bigger. Students who once whispered now speak on TEDx stages. Kids who feared class presentations now lead with confidence. Youth Speakers Lab was built for them—for every child who has something to say but doesn’t yet know how.

Today, it’s more than a program. It’s a movement to raise the next generation of clear, confident, and courageous communicators—because the world needs their voices more than ever.
