REFUND POLICY

At Youth Speakers Lab, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness in scheduling. For group classes, cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the class, we do not offer refunds, but you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward any future program or class. For 1:1 sessions, you may cancel or reschedule with a full refund if done at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
